In pursuit of scoring music and mixing mediums via collaboration born out of an obsession with hybridising what is seen and what is heard, this website is a portfolio and platform for listeners or potential co-creators. I’ve composed and recorded all the music here as well as created all the artwork and photography.

My home is the stage and I can typically be found there with the likes of my mates in Like A Motorcycle (Halifax, NS) or Dearly Beloved (Toronto, ON).

 

However, like many musicians and artists who thirsted for creative outputs when faced with the pandemic, I found myself bound to the instruments within my studio in Halifax. I was far away from the camaraderie that exists within a band and a world apart from the inspiration we draw from one another as co-creators working together in person.

 

During this time, I was lucky to have had these sound machines strewn about; guitars, synths and anything I can put a microphone to during a multi-year isolation period. In between (remote) projects with my primary bands, my circumstances allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone of writing and recording punk rock to explore other sounds, formats and palettes that have always drawn me in.
